Standard Brokerage Commission is paid by the lender, not by you.
B lender files (like alternative lending options) do have lender fees associated, but on occassion, there are promotions that offer low or no fee options. This type of lending is a tool for borrowers who reasonably need to go to an alt lending product, whether that’s for low credit scores (under about 630) or do not qualify the ‘traditional’ way.
No Upfront Charges for preapproval consultations or paperwork preparation. In fact, it is against the regulations in place by FSRA for any mortgage professional to charge you for a pre-approval.
This ensures that my incentives are fully aligned with securing you the best mortgage terms rather than additional service fees.
My fees for 99% of the files I fund are paid directly from lenders - the other 1% are those cases of Alt or private lending needs.
